Nice outside sitting area is located both close to the barbecue and under the green natural shadow right in front of the house. Ideal for reading or surfing internet on free WiFi connection. For all internet users not having their equipment with them  there is an internet room on ground floor just next to the entrance  of the house.
Also for all our guests coming by bus we manage to pick them up at the main bus station, while for all others coming with own cars we can organize to meet them at the entrance of the city whenever possible. Apartment is composed of 3 rooms where 2 of them are with 3 beds (1 twin bed + 1 sofa bed) and one room is with a twin bed only. Two bathrooms are available: one with shower and second one with bathtub.  All rooms are air conditioned  and linked to  free WiFi internet. There is one kitchen fully equipped, one balcony and  a large terrace that can be accessed from one room and a living room.  Size of the apartment is 110 m².  Apartment for six to eight is renovated this year and opened it’s doors at mid-july. First guest’s were extremely satisfied with everything this apartment can provide for families or groups from six to eight people. Beside a nice sea view everyone can also profit from the large terrace very suitable for summer evenings.

Starting with 2 bed apartments for couples, 3 bed apartments for couples with a child or two (our guest’s favorite), than 5 bed apartments and most recently opened 6–8 apartment for bigger families or group of friend and finally  the biggest 8–12 apartments that occupies whole floor. Our villa  suits all our guest’s needs.
All apartments are air conditioned, SAT/TV equipped and have free access to wireless internet. There is also an internet room with no charges either. All our guests dispose of a parking place and there is a possibility to use the barbecue on the backyard of the house.
For the laundry we provide access to laundry machines to all our guests as well as ironing equipment for no charges. For the families with babies and small children we can also provide a baby cot.

The two bedrooms are linked with a balcony. Both of the rooms have a bathroom, they are air-conditioned and with sat/ tv. To this day, Makarska is known for its pebbly beach, which is almost 2 kilometers long. The walkways are lined with pine trees and surrounded by luxury hotels, tourist facilities, and gastronomical havens, and there is plenty of fun for both adults and children.

Makarska is located below the mountain of Biokovo (1762 m), which protects it from the harsh continental climate and is responsible for its rich Mediterranean vegetation, mild winters, long, warm summers cooled by a refreshing breeze called Maestral.
Makarska has more than 2750 hours of sun each year and the air temperature above 20°C from July to September. During these same months, the crystal-clear sea also averages a temperature of above 20°C.

The city of Makarska grew around a natural harbor protected by a picturesquecity beach Makarska peninsula of Sveti Petar (St. Peter) and the cape Osejava. It is the only harbor of this kind between the mouth of the Cetina and Neretva rivers. In the past it provided protection and safe harbor during stormy weather to sailors, pirates and merchants, and nowadays it does the same for yachts, sailing boats and tourist ships. This contributed to its development into a trading port, especially during the Ottoman and Venetian occupation. Today, there is a ferry line which runs a few times a day from Makarska to Sumartin on the island Brač.
During the summer months the harbor fills up with yachts and tourist ships, while young people crowd the main Kačić square enjoying entertainment and cultural performances. As the night goes on, Makarska becomes livelier and livelier, and its cafes, restaurants and discotheques fill up.

There are few cult places such as night bar named Rockatansky, bar Deep in central bay of Makarska, bar disco Grota, disco club Petar Pan and myriad of other interesting and dynamic places.
Another well known place for those who are looking for the day entertainment and beach parties,  is undoubtedly Buba Bar, located on one of the corners of long Makarska beach. Nevertheless there are many other activities and places to experience  in Makarska and all depend of each one’s preferences.  Moreover level of accidents is so negligible in Makarska that you can feel safe wherever you choose to go. For those preferring the expos, museums and history, and other more quiet activities the choices are at least as great. The best way to become familiar with the history of this city is by visiting the Franciscan monastery which recently celebrated its 500th anniversary. The monastery boasts a picture gallery, library, one-of-a-kind Malaco-logical museum (dedicated to the study and preservation of mollusks) and the Institute of Mountains and Sea. The church of St. Marko is located on the Kacic square. On its north side there are: the Gojak gallery, located in the old school building, public library, the school of music, and the headquarters of the Makarska Riviera radio.

Makarska’s geographical position is 44° 17′ 38″ latitude and 17° 1′ 20″ longitude, which places it approximately in the center of north-western half of the Makarska coast.
